This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Healthcare Lead Qualification Specialist based in Canada.

This role supports healthcare referral development by connecting with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and nursing facilities across the U.S.
You will identify key healthcare contacts, introduce available care services, and determine whether potential referrals meet established qualification criteria.
The position is focused on professional relationship-building and appointment setting rather than traditional hard sales.
You will play an important role in creating a consistent pipeline of qualified healthcare opportunities for the field-based liaison team.
Success requires strong communication skills, disciplined follow-up, accurate documentation, and comfort working with U.S. healthcare facilities.
You will manage a structured daily outreach rhythm while maintaining accurate CRM records and referral information.
This is a strong opportunity for an organized, personable professional seeking a remote role with measurable performance incentives.

Accountabilities

  • Conduct approximately 40–60 outbound calls each day to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing facilities, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Identify appropriate decision-makers, including discharge planners, social workers, and case managers.
  • Introduce care services clearly, professionally, and concisely while establishing positive relationships with healthcare contacts.
  • Pre-qualify potential referrals using structured questions regarding discharge timing, care requirements, service frequency, and payment or insurance status.
  • Determine whether patients may require 24/7, live-in, or part-time home care based on the information provided.
  • Schedule qualified introductions and in-person appointments for the U.S.-based Healthcare Liaison, confirming the time, location, and appropriate contact person.
  • Send appointment confirmation emails using established templates and ensure relevant information is communicated accurately.
  • Document every outreach interaction and referral within the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate referral records, update the pipeline daily, and ensure CRM information remains complete and organized.
  • Work toward performance targets including 5–10 meaningful conversations per day, 3–5 scheduled introductions per week, and 100% CRM documentation.
  • Follow established qualification and outreach processes while maintaining professional phone etiquette and a relationship-focused approach.

Requirements

  • Clear and professional spoken English, with a neutral accent preferred.
  • Strong telephone communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience; healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable conducting outbound calls to hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, nursing facilities, and other U.S.-based medical organizations.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with healthcare professionals and identify the appropriate decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working toward measurable daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
  • Ability to accurately document conversations, referrals, appointments, and follow-up activities in a CRM.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a professional, consultative communication style rather than an aggressive sales approach.
  • Ability to work according to U.S. Eastern Time hours.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Benefits

  • Remote work opportunity.
  • Base compensation of $600–$900 per month.
  • $25 per qualified appointment.
  • $50–$100 per admitted patient.
  • Performance-based earning potential tied to qualified referrals and successful admissions.
  • Opportunity to build experience in healthcare referral qualification, relationship development, and appointment setting.
