This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Healthcare Lead Qualification Specialist based in Canada.
This role supports healthcare referral development by connecting with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and nursing facilities across the U.S.
You will identify key healthcare contacts, introduce available care services, and determine whether potential referrals meet established qualification criteria.
The position is focused on professional relationship-building and appointment setting rather than traditional hard sales.
You will play an important role in creating a consistent pipeline of qualified healthcare opportunities for the field-based liaison team.
Success requires strong communication skills, disciplined follow-up, accurate documentation, and comfort working with U.S. healthcare facilities.
You will manage a structured daily outreach rhythm while maintaining accurate CRM records and referral information.
This is a strong opportunity for an organized, personable professional seeking a remote role with measurable performance incentives.
