The DCX PMO Business Partner III (HubSpot Administrator) is a senior advisory role responsible for maintaining, governing, and optimizing HubSpot CRM operations in support of internal business teams. This role ensures that HubSpot processes, system configurations, and data governance practices align with organizational strategies and revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
This position requires advanced expertise in HubSpot administration, a strong understanding of revenue operations processes, and the ability to manage CRM-related projects and operational initiatives independently. The Business Partner III serves as a key partner to the Revenue team and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting CRM governance, platform optimization, and the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and system adoption.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Configuring and maintaining HubSpot system settings, workflows, automation, reporting structures, and associated CRM assets.
Managing CRM data structures, including Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, properties, and associated records.
Supporting the effective use of HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams by maintaining system functionality and operational alignment.
Monitoring lifecycle management processes to ensure CRM records remain accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
Supporting integrations with internal systems, including Workday and other operational tools, as required.
Maintaining governance practices related to user permissions, access management, and CRM security.
HubSpot Governance & Revenue Operations Support
Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator supporting the Revenue team, ensuring that the platform operates effectively, securely, and in alignment with established operational standards.
Data Governance, Hygiene, and Operational Administration
Maintain high standards of CRM data integrity by monitoring records, properties, workflows, and reporting structures within HubSpot.
Perform routine system administration tasks, including data cleanup, property management, and workflow monitoring, to support platform reliability.
Support ongoing data hygiene initiatives to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of CRM data.
Identify operational issues or system inefficiencies and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement improvements.
Technical Expertise
Demonstrate advanced administrator-level expertise in HubSpot CRM, including configuration, automation, reporting, and integrations.
Stay current with HubSpot updates, new features, and industry best practices to continuously enhance CRM capabilities and operational performance.
Provide technical recommendations that support scalable CRM architecture and improved operational efficiency.
Project Management
Manage HubSpot-related projects and system enhancements with minimal assistance, accurately defining the scope and timeline of both project and non-project requests.
Ensure adherence to established PMO standards and procedures when managing CRM-related initiatives and operational requests.
Collaborate with the PMO team through the defined intake process for project, consultation, and operational requests related to HubSpot improvements or support.
Communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to relevant stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Enablement & Support
Provide guidance and training to internal teams on HubSpot functionality, workflows, and best practices to support effective system adoption.
Document CRM processes and maintain internal guides or reference materials that support consistent platform usage.
Provide operational support to stakeholders by responding to system-related questions and assisting with HubSpot functionality when needed.
Support scheduled virtual meetings and cross-functional discussions related to CRM operations and improvements.
Technical Expertise
Maintain advanced administrator-level expertise in essential business technology tools. This involves not only mastering the technical functionalities and configurations of HubSpot but also staying current with updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: At least 2 - 3 years of direct project management or process improvement experience. Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge: Preferably experienced in the BPO industry.
Technical Skills: Advanced expertise in Hubspot.
Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Intermediate exposure to Asana and any other project management tool is advantageous.
Advanced Business Process Knowledge
Demonstrate an intermediate to advanced level of knowledge regarding internal business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience functions.
Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for process efficiencies within HubSpot, aligning recommendations with operational goals and business needs.
Cultivate strong relationships with Revenue team stakeholders and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
Provide guidance on how CRM processes, workflows, and data structures support the broader revenue lifecycle and organizational objectives.

Salary Range: Php 90,000.00 – Php 100,000.00
