AI companies need hospitalist physicians to test and correct their systems on real inpatient medical record work. Physicians on the project examine FHIR data alongside clinical notes and other chart details, then decide whether each clinical claim is backed by the record. They assess each chart's history, assessment, and plan, then flag missing, incorrect, or inconsistent details and communicate clear conclusions using defined review standards. This is that work, done remotely around your schedule.

What you'll do

• Review FHIR data and clinical notes from inpatient medical records

• Determine whether each clinical claim is backed by the record

• Assess the patient's history of present illness, past medical history, assessment, and plan

• Flag gaps, errors, or contradictions in inpatient documentation and explain your findings

Who this is for

• MD or DO degree plus board certification in one of the following: Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine

• Current or recent experience in inpatient care or as a hospitalist, with that experience falling in the last two years

• Professional fluency in English and comfort examining raw medical records, including clinical notes and FHIR data

• No AI experience needed.
