This role provides the opportunity to deliver impactful CRM solutions to clients across the automotive and enterprise space, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and optimization of platform functionalities. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to configure workflows, manage campaigns, and provide expert guidance on best practices. Accountabilities:
- Lead CRM implementation and configuration sessions with clients, tailoring workflows, campaigns, lead stages, and dashboards to align with business requirements.
- Act as the primary CRM subject matter expert throughout onboarding and post-launch phases.
- Conduct client training sessions to ensure effective adoption of CRM features, including lead management and reporting.
- Analyze client processes and provide recommendations for CRM best practices, automation, and engagement optimization.
- Monitor adoption metrics and provide actionable insights to improve utilization and client satisfaction.
- Validate configurations and support testing and troubleshooting during go-live and hypercare phases.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM implementation or consulting, preferably in automotive retail or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead management, campaign automation, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, capable of explaining complex processes clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel up to 90% of the time by plane or car.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
