Your mission

At Matrix42, you'll help shape and modernize our internal IT landscape. We are looking for a technically strong delivery professional who enjoys leading projects, driving change, and turning ideas into working solutions.

This role combines technical delivery with project leadership. You'll personally contribute to the design, implementation, integration, and improvement of internal IT solutions while leading internal IT projects from concept through successful adoption.
  • Lead internal IT projects end-to-end, from requirements and planning through implementation, rollout, and adoption.
  • Design, configure, implement, integrate, test, migrate, and improve internal IT systems and business applications.
  • Take ownership of technical work packages and actively contribute to delivery rather than simply coordinating others.
  • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and implementation plans.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and drive them through to resolution.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and greater operational efficiency.

Your profile

  • Several years (6+ years) of experience in IT Systems Engineering, IT Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Workplace Engineering, or a similar technical role.
  • Proven experience configuring, implementing, integrating, migrating, and troubleshooting enterprise IT systems.
  • Practical experience with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, endpoint management, IAM, infrastructure, networking, automation, or IT service management.
  • Experience delivering internal IT projects end-to-end, including planning, implementation, testing, rollout, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven (5+ years) project management experience, including managing project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluent English skills.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, HR, or Finance applications.
  • Experience with scripting, automation, or process optimization.
  • Familiarity with Matrix42 products or Enterprise Service Management (ESM).
