IT Systems Administrator – Managed IT Services Green Bay

Technology Architects is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our Green Bay team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience managing business IT environments.

This role will support clients through proactive monitoring, systems administration, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, networking, cloud technologies, and backup and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows servers, workstations, and business applications.
• Monitor client networks, systems, and endpoints for potential issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network problems.
• Manage Microsoft 365 users, services, and security configurations.
• Support Azure, cloud applications, and hybrid environments.
• Configure and maintain network devices and connectivity solutions.
• Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and remediation.
• Manage patching, updates, and endpoint maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain backup and disaster recovery systems.
• Investigate recurring technical issues and identify root causes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, configurations, and service records.
• Participate in client infrastructure upgrades and technology projects.
• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance when required.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and networking.
• Experience troubleshooting servers, computers, and network infrastructure.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and endpoint security principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working for an MSP.
• Microsoft, CompTIA, or other relevant IT certifications.
• Experience with Azure, Intune, or Entra ID.
• Familiarity with RMM and ticketing platforms.
• Experience with firewalls, switches, and wireless networks.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery technologies.
