Junior Copywriter 

You start with the idea, not the line. 

You know the words are only as strong as the thinking behind them. A headline can carry a campaign, but only if there’s something underneath it that holds together. 

You’re moving beyond execution into authorship. You can take a brief, find the angle, and shape something others can build on. Not just write copy, but help define what the work is. 

You think about how ideas show up across channels and moments, and what it takes for them to land and hold together over time. 

You care about craft. You know the idea only works if the execution holds up. The details matter. The rhythm, the structure, the clarity. You push the work until it feels right. 

We build campaigns that need to hold together across channels. The work spans digital, content, and integrated experiences. The expectations are high.

As a Junior Copywriter, you’ll: 

  • Develop ideas and concepts, not just copy  

  • Turn insight into campaigns that scale across channels  

  • Write across formats, from headlines to scripts to systems  

  • Partner with art directors to shape ideas from the start  

  • Build voice and tone that feels clear and considered  

  • Present your thinking and contribute to direction  

  • Take feedback and push the work further  

  • Ensure the quality of writing matches the strength of the idea  

You’ll need: 

  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting or content  

 

Additional Professional Attributes: 
 

  • Ability to find and shape ideas  

  • Understanding of campaigns, not just assets  

  • Strong instincts for language, structure, and storytelling  

  • Curiosity about people and culture  

  • High standards for craft and attention to detail

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$61,232.00 - $104,094.00
