The Role
The Service CRM Specialist is responsible for supporting end-to-end aftersales operations, combining customer case management with warranty and parts administration. The role ensures all customer enquiries and cases are accurately logged, tracked, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner, while also processing warranty claims and supporting parts-related administration.
Working closely with dealerships, suppliers, customers, and internal teams, the position acts as a key liaison to ensure efficient resolution of service, warranty, and parts matters in line with manufacturer requirements. The role also supports OEM reporting obligations, and maintains accurate records to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and high standards of customer service across the aftersales network.
