You will lead the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise CRM platforms, working cross-functionally to streamline sales processes and improve scalability. Accountabilities:
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and support of CRM and related business application modules, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and standardize customer journey workflows and operational processes.
- Partner with implementation teams and external consultants to execute CRM rollouts, system enhancements, and data integrations.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to drive adoption and system proficiency across teams.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and quality assurance standards to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve workflows to maximize operational efficiency.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination to ensure project milestones are met.
- Deliver clear and structured status updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and measurable ROI.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, financial systems, or technology implementation roles.
- Proven track record leading complex CRM implementation and optimization projects.
- Strong understanding of customer journey design, process standardization, and best practices.
- Experience working within structured project management or agile frameworks, with the ability to coach and guide others.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
- Experience in SOX-compliant environments preferred.
- Bachelorโs degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification strongly preferred.
