Responsibilities:

  • Send 35 targeted direct messages daily to potential coaching clients via social media platforms
  • Research and identify qualified leads that align with your target market
  • Conduct thorough account verification to ensure prospects donโ€™t follow competing businesses (conflict avoidance)
  • Handle initial outreach conversations using provided scripts and templates
  • Manage follow-up conversations with prospects to nurture relationships toward sales calls
  • Schedule qualified appointments for your sales calendar
  • Engage with social media content through strategic commenting and community interaction
  • Perform basic administrative tasks including email management, calendar coordination, and research
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and prospect interactions
  • Collaborate with your partner on additional administrative tasks as needed


Scope:
  • Part-time position: 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day
  • Work schedule flexibility within 9 AM - 4 PM Central Time zone
  • Primary focus on DM outreach and appointment setting (approximately 10-14 hours weekly)
  • Additional hours filled with social media engagement and administrative support
  • Direct management by business owner with ongoing training and guidance
  • Performance measured by appointment setting success and lead conversion rates
  • Potential to support partnerโ€™s business with administrative tasks to fill remaining hours
  • No phone-based cold calling required - all outreach via direct messaging platforms

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in appointment setting and sales outreach
  • Background in social media lead generation and direct message campaigns
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to sound natural and authentic
  • Experience working with coaches or similar service-based businesses (preferred)
  • Ability to follow scripts while adapting tone for genuine conversations
  • Understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
  • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and digital tools
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
  • Ability to work 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (20 hours total)
