- Maintain media partner relationships, negotiate optimization strategies, and hold partners accountable to commitments
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, including spend efficiency, margin health, and audience-level insights
- Develop and maintain operational playbooks and workflows, identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
Requirements:

- Proven ability to manage 10+ concurrent campaigns across the full lifecycle
- Experience with campaign platforms such as LeadsPedia, Google Campaign Manager, or similar
- Proficiency with landing page builders like Unbounce, Instapage, or Leadpages
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and pacing infrastructure

- Experience managing media partner and vendor relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present structured updates and recommendations
Preferred:
- Experience with lead generation in healthcare, pharma, financial services, education, or other regulated/high-consideration verticals
- Familiarity with programmatic platforms (Throttle, Beeswax, The Trade Desk)
- Basic HTML/JavaScript knowledge for tag placement and landing page structure

- Opportunity for career growth into Senior Campaign Manager or Director-level roles
- Remote or flexible work environment to support work-life balance
- Exposure to high-visibility campaigns and strategic decision-making in lead generation operations
