Responsibilities
- Execute high-impact lead generation campaigns using proprietary software technology that reaches thousands of potential customers
- Create and optimize geographic targeting strategies by selecting prime market areas and fine-tuning parameters for maximum campaign effectiveness
- Design and schedule strategic text message campaigns using proven, pre-approved templates that drive customer engagement
- Lead the technical setup and configuration of new customer accounts, including seamless client list integration during onboarding
- Manage critical administrative processes that support 5-15 new customer launches weekly, ensuring smooth platform adoption
- Optimize campaign timing and scheduling to maximize response rates, typically coordinating morning launches for peak engagement
- Execute essential operational tasks that keep marketing campaigns running smoothly and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with the customer success team on high-volume administrative work that directly supports business growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing operations, or customer operations roles
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets, Slack, and modern business communication tools
- CRM system experience required, with HubSpot familiarity strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume, repetitive tasks
- Strong process-following skills with the ability to execute standard operating procedures consistently
- Understanding of compliance requirements for outbound marketing and cold outreach messaging
