About Us

We are looking for an experienced and highly specialized Lead Generation & Digital Campaign Virtual Assistant to support high-volume, multi-channel marketing and outreach operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing large-scale digital campaigns, structured workflows, and consistent daily execution.

You will work closely with the operations team to ensure leads are generated, tracked, engaged, qualified, and handed off correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, multi-channel lead generation campaigns across different platforms.
• Execute targeted mass DM outreach at scale, including Instagram outreach.
• Run and manage cold email outreach campaigns and daily lead engagement.
• Support email and SMS marketing, including flows, templates, integrations, and basic optimization.
• Assist with digital advertising support across multiple platforms.
• Perform SEO-related tasks, including audit reports, keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page support (including backlinks).
• Distribute content across multiple digital pages and channels consistently.
• Track, organize, and qualify leads following structured workflows.
• Coordinate closely with the operations VA to ensure proper lead handoff and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-volume lead generation campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with cold outreach (DMs, email, and SMS).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals across multiple platforms.
• Experience with SEO tasks, including keyword research and technical/on-page support.
• Ability to follow structured workflows and maintain consistency at scale.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Previous experience as a Marketing VA or Specialized Marketing VA is required
