Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and online research
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and candidates
- Initiate contact via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
- Schedule meetings for the sales/account management team
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
- Track daily outreach and lead conversion activities
Requirements- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and email marketing
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
