We’re launching an internship program for those who want to start their career in B2B lead generation — students, career switchers, or anyone taking their first steps in IT. No prior experience is required — we value proactivity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales Development, Anna Demerchian, and a team of experienced lead gen specialists.
Understand how to research and identify potential clients that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
How to craft clear, personalized, and engaging outreach messages
Insights into the B2B sales process in the IT industry
Create and optimize LinkedIn profiles for outreach purposes
Research and build targeted lead databases
Launch and manage outreach campaigns via LinkedIn
Strong written English (B1+Â or higher)
Confident spoken and written Ukrainian - required for internal communication
Attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and ask questions when needed
