We are looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Assistant (Remote)
At Job for Arabists Business Solutions, we are building a more structured outbound communication process to connect with employers across the UAE and the wider Gulf region.
We are looking for a remote Lead Generation & Outreach Assistant to help us develop and maintain a disciplined first-contact pipeline for our recruitment and business support services.
This is not a classic sales role and not a marketing role. It is a focused execution role for someone who is strong in research, organization, written outreach, and follow-up discipline.
What you will do
• research target companies by sector and geography
• identify relevant decision-makers and contacts
• structure lead databases in a clean and accurate way
• send first-contact emails based on approved templates
• manage outreach status tracking and follow-up timing
• maintain outreach records in spreadsheets / CRM
• pass interested leads to management for further communication
What this role is not
• not independent sales negotiations
• not cold calling from your own script
• not “creative outreach” without approval
• not mass spamming
• not random lead scraping without logic
We are looking for someone who understands that elegant outreach is built on relevance, quality, and consistency.
Who may be a strong fit
• you have experience in lead generation, outreach support, database building, research, or sales support
• you write in English clearly and professionally
• you are organized, accurate, and reliable with repetitive execution work
• you can follow a process without losing quality
• you understand that details matter in premium B2B communication
• experience with UAE / GCC markets is a plus
• experience in recruitment, executive search, hospitality, B2B services, or business consulting is a plus

The person in this role will help us build a cleaner outbound system — one based on well-selected target companies, thoughtful first contact, and proper tracking.
KPI and compensation structure
This role is based on a hybrid KPI model.
Compensation includes:
• a fixed payment for each completed and approved outreach block
• performance-based bonuses tied to measurable outreach outcomes
KPI logic includes
• number of relevant companies researched
• quality and completeness of contact data
• accuracy of outreach records
• number of approved emails sent
• follow-up discipline
• response rate
• positive replies
• qualified conversations / booked calls passed to management
In other words, we do not evaluate performance simply by how many emails were sent. We value structured execution and tangible outreach progress.
Working format
• remote
• part-time / project-based to start
• can grow into a larger function if the model proves effective
