This role supports a fast-moving sales organization by strengthening lead generation, prospecting, CRM quality, and sales execution.
You will help ensure sales executives have accurate data, qualified prospects, relevant account intelligence, and timely follow-up support.
The position sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and leadership, helping create more consistent and scalable commercial processes.
You will conduct prospect research, qualify opportunities, maintain Salesforce data, and monitor pipeline activity to keep deals moving efficiently.
Your insights will help improve lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline visibility, and overall sales productivity.

Accountabilities:
- Research target accounts, companies, contacts, decision-makers, industries, buying signals, and market opportunities to develop detailed account landscapes and identify white-space opportunities.
- Build, clean, enrich, and maintain prospect and lead lists for inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Qualify and prioritize leads based on agreed criteria such as account fit, urgency, source, and sales readiness.
- Convert qualified leads into appropriate sales opportunities and communicate relevant context to the appropriate Sales or Growth executive to support timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and consistent Salesforce data, including account records, contact information, lead statuses, activity histories, tasks, opportunities, and next steps.
- Monitor open tasks, stale opportunities, overdue follow-ups, and re-engagement opportunities to help maintain sales momentum.
- Support sales representatives with account research, meeting preparation, prospect backgrounds, and other relevant intelligence.
- Partner with Marketing to prepare outbound campaigns, segment prospect lists, track activities, and report on campaign performance.
- Prepare recurring sales reports covering lead sources, conversion trends, activity levels, pipeline health, and follow-up performance.
- Provide Marketing with feedback on lead quality, campaign results, prospect engagement, and messaging effectiveness.
- Document and improve sales workflows, Salesforce usage standards, lead handoff procedures, and recurring sales operating processes.
- Support sales leadership with operational projects, data requests, pipeline reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify gaps and opportunities across lead generation and sales processes and recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency and sales velocity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, lead generation, business development, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Solid Salesforce experience, including working with Salesforce objects, dashboards, reports, and structured sales data.
- Ability to efficiently research companies, contacts, industries, market segments, and relevant buying signals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with sales, marketing, and leadership stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, uncover gaps, interpret sales activity data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while supporting a fast-moving sales organization.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, lead databases, email outreach tools, reporting platforms, and sales engagement technologies is a plus.
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to create structure in environments where workflows may be evolving or inconsistent.
- Curious, resourceful, and proactive approach to finding useful prospect and account information.
- Service-oriented attitude with strong judgment about how to help sales teams move faster without creating unnecessary administrative work.
