Purpose of the role:

The main goal of the Lead Generation Specialist in the Game Aggregator is to ensure the flow of qualified leads to support strategic development and effective entry into new markets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research regulated iGaming markets (Europe) and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Analyze market volumes, player demographics, regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements
  • Track competitor landscape: which operators are partnered with aggregators and game providers
  • Identify licensed online casinos, operators and game studios in regulated markets
  • Map decision-makers of the business
  • Gather and enrich accurate contact details (LinkedIn, email, phone)
  • Build and maintain a structured CRM database of potential partners
  • Segment leads by GEO, license type and business potential
  • Ensure continuous updates on company status, licensing and activity
  • Pre-qualify leads based on business potential, compliance and readiness for engagement
  • Provide Sales & BD teams with lead lists and insights for targeted outreach
  • Support the creation of personalized outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn)
  • Deliver weekly and monthly lead generation reports
  • Prepare market intelligence reports: size, volumes, active operators, trends
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, research or business development (iGaming industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of regulated iGaming markets and licensing
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.)
  • Excellent research and analytical skills (market sizing, competitive analysis, data validation)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and data-driven approach
