Accountabilities:
- Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, social networks, and specialized prospecting tools.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and automation solutions to enhance lead generation, outreach preparation, and data enrichment processes.
- Manage and organize lead data using CRM systems, Google Sheets, Apollo, PhantomBuster, and other sales enablement tools.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, hiring, and delivery teams to ensure consistent lead quality and alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, monitor lead progression, and ensure strong data hygiene practices across systems.
- Research emerging industries, products, and market opportunities to support business development initiatives in international markets.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline development activities.
- Provide ongoing feedback and insights to improve outreach strategies, qualification criteria, and overall sales processes.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business research within a software development or technology-focused environment.
- Hands-on experience using tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, PhantomBuster, Fiverr, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and the ability to manage and organize large sets of prospecting data efficiently.
- Experience working in software engineering, IT services, or digital product companies is highly preferred.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research and information-gathering abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote and fast-paced environment.
