Weâre looking for an experienced Full\-Time Lead Generation Specialist with strong PPC campaign management experience<\/b> to join their growing team. The right person will combine analytical thinking with creative strategy to identify, engage, and nurture qualified leads through digital outreach, paid campaigns, and precise data management.

Responsibilities:<\/b>

- Identify and qualify potential leads using CRM systems and lead generation tools.
<\/span><\/li>- Develop and execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and social media.
<\/span><\/li>- Manage and optimize Google PPC campaigns to generate high\-quality leads and maximize ROI.
<\/span><\/li>- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend data\-driven improvements.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain accurate lead data and ensure consistency across systems.
<\/span><\/li>- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
<\/span><\/li>- Support creative initiatives that enhance lead engagement and conversion rates.
<\/span><\/li> <\/ul>Requirements:<\/b>
<\/div>- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B or technology\-focused industries.
<\/span><\/li>- Proven expertise in Google PPC campaign management, including keyword optimization and performance tracking.
<\/span><\/li>- Proficiency with CRM and lead generation platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, Wiza, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong analytical and communication skills.
<\/span><\/li>- Self\-motivated, detail\-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
<\/span><\/li>- Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with data\-driven teams.<\/span>
