- Conduct structured online research to identify high\-potential leads (starting with Kâ12 markets)<\/span>

- Gather company data, contact details, and relevant product information<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Build, clean, and segment lists inside HubSpot<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Support digital, direct mail, and email workflow segmentation<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Capture competitive positioning insights during research<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Edit and update customer\-facing documents in Adobe (formatting, light edits, PDF export)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Support light marketing admin tasks and trade show coordination<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Contribute ideas as the team implements a new market intelligence tool<\/span>

- 2\-3 years strong research and data management experience<\/span>

- Experienced in using HubSpot of similar CRM tools<\/span>

- Has basic Adobe InDesign knowledge (editing, formatting, PDF export)<\/span>

- Is detail\-obsessed and process\-driven<\/span>

- Can work independently without constant supervision
