SOFTSWISS is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist - Middle to join our Business Development team. You’ll focus on regulated iGaming markets across Europe, identifying new business opportunities, building high-quality lead pipelines, and supporting expansion across licensed operators, casinos, and game providers.

You’ll build a high-quality pipeline of licensed operators, casinos, and game studios across regulated markets to support strategic partnership growth. Your work will directly strengthen our market expansion efforts by improving the speed, accuracy, and relevance of business development outreach. You’ll turn market intelligence into actionable leads that help the Sales and BD teams engage the right partners at the right time.
Conduct research on regulated iGaming markets in Europe to identify expansion opportunities, market trends, and competitive activity.
Identify and map licensed online casinos, operators, and game studios, including key decision-makers and business contacts.
Build and maintain a structured CRM database, ensuring accurate segmentation by GEO, license type, and business potential.
Pre-qualify leads based on compliance, licensing status, and partnership readiness to support efficient Sales and BD outreach.
Deliver regular market intelligence and lead generation reports, including insights on competitors, market size, and active operators.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or market research, preferably in the iGaming industry.
Strong understanding of regulated iGaming markets, licensing frameworks, and operator ecosystems.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify patterns, and validate information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a data-driven environment.
