This role is focused on identifying, qualifying, and engaging high-quality B2B leads for recruitment services across the USA and Canadian markets. You will play a key role in driving business growth by building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients, primarily companies with active hiring needs. The position requires a mix of research, outreach, and relationship-building to connect with HR leaders and decision-makers. You will collaborate closely with recruitment and sales teams to ensure leads are relevant, well-qualified, and conversion-ready. In this environment, you will also contribute to refining outreach strategies through performance insights and market research. It is a fast-paced, target-driven role ideal for professionals who enjoy proactive prospecting and international client engagement.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads to support business growth in the recruitment and staffing domain across North American markets.
- Research and identify potential client companies using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and job boards
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities across industries and regions in the USA and Canada
- Qualify leads based on company size, hiring needs, and alignment with recruitment services
- Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other digital channels
- Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, talent acquisition teams, and decision-makers
- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to recruitment or sales teams for further engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and conversion metrics
- Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on data-driven insights
Requirements:
This position requires strong experience in lead generation or business development, ideally within recruitment or staffing environments, along with excellent communication and research skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar role
- Experience in recruitment or staffing industry is highly preferred
- Strong familiarity with B2B outreach and sales processes
- Proficiency with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple campaigns
- Ability to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Analytical mindset with ability to track performance and optimize outreach strategies
