Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Retail Lead Generator to spearhead our business development in the retail sector. In this pivotal role, you will actively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and sales expertise to engage potential clients. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our sales representatives. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2C sales processes, and the ability to engage potential clients effectively. The Lead Setter will be responsible for working at various Lowe's and Costco locations in the Massachusetts and RI markets. Must have the ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Store locations are in EASTERN MASSACHUSETTS and NORTHERN RHODE ISLAND

Bonus Income Opportunity: In addition to hourly income and mileage, earn $50.00 per qualified lead

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective customers to generate interest in our products and services.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage leads effectively. Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients within the CRM system.
  • Set up an in-store show area to create customer engagement and product interest.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and closing skills to secure appointments for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by providing relevant information about our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand product offerings, market trends, and customer requirements for effective business development
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in consumer sales or telemarketing, preferably within a B2C environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
  • Strong selling skills with a track record of successful appointment setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective customer service techniques and build rapport with potential clients
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to building client relationships
  • US Citizen or valid work visa, with a clean driving record, and must pass a background check.
