Marketing & Communications Manager

🚀 Your mission:

• Own and scale Youverse’s marketing and communications strategy.

• You will shape the company’s positioning, drive brand visibility and support product growth through clear messaging, strong content and integrated marketing initiatives.

• You will work closely with leadership and manage a small team responsible for design and growth marketing.

✅ What you will be doing:

• Define and execute the company’s marketing and communications strategy aligned with product and business goals.

• Lead quarterly planning for marketing and communication initiatives across all channels.

• Manage and develop a team of two.

• Work closely with leadership, product and sales to support launches, partnerships and market expansion.

• Define KPIs and measure performance across marketing channels and campaigns.

• Own the company’s messaging and brand narrative across all channels.

• Develop high-impact content that supports brand authority and product adoption, including: thought leadership articles; white papers and reports; product and technical explainers; website and landing page copy; press releases and media content.

• Ensure consistency across marketing, communications and product messaging.

• Manage relationships with media, partners, developers and the broader Youverse community.

📝 Your background:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within tech companies.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in B2B SaaS startups or scaleups.

• Proven experience defining and executing marketing strategies that support product growth and brand positioning.

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.

• Experience working with modern marketing tools such as: HubSpot or similar CRM; Webflow / WordPress; Marketing automation platforms.

• Experience leading small teams and working directly with founders or executive teams.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments.

👤In a nutshell, you have:

• Experience in identity, authentication, cybersecurity or developer-focused products.

• Background building marketing functions in early-stage or scaling startups.

• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS growth and go-to-market strategies.

• Established relationships with international tech media.
