Job Role: Marketing Operations Coordinator (HubSpot & Multi-Client Delivery)

Compensation range: $1,600 - $2,000 AUD  Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9:00AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who The Client Is:

An independent marketing consultant based in Australia, working with clients across Australia and the UK who specialises in SEO and lead generation, delivering structured, results-driven marketing programs. This role supports the execution and detail required to maintain high performance across multiple client accounts.

Role Overview:

This role is focused on execution, organization, and accuracy across multiple client accounts. You will be responsible for maintaining structured marketing systems, supporting campaign delivery, and ensuring all CRM, reporting, and content tasks are completed to a high standard.

This is a delivery and operations role requiring strong attention to detail, process-driven thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without oversight.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM across multiple clients, including data hygiene, segmentation, and workflows
  • Build, schedule, and QA email campaigns in HubSpot, including lists and automation setup
  • Upload and format website content in HubSpot and WordPress, including pages and blogs
  • Work through key SEO reports to improve organic traffic from content
  • Prepare clear, client-ready marketing reports and maintain dashboards
  • Execute social media content, including scheduling and formatting posts
  • Edit and adapt marketing copy for emails, websites, and campaigns
  • Create and update simple marketing assets in Canva
  • Manage multiple tasks across clients, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered accurately
  • Follow structured processes and communicate proactively on progress and blockers


Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, CRM, or digital marketing support
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, workflows, email builds, reporting)
  • Experience working across multiple clients or projects at once
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written English skills with the ability to edit and structure content clearly
  • Experience with WordPress content editing
  • Comfortable creating reports and working with performance data
  • Basic Canva skills for content and asset creation
  • Able to work independently, follow processes, and communicate clearly in a remote role
