- Developing scientific and medical content based on clinical data, publications, and medical insights
- Writing responsive content aligned with emerging data, treatment guidelines, and market needs
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial teams) and external experts
- Supporting content planning aligned with medical strategies and publication plans
Reporting and Communication Structure
Reports to: Medical Affairs Lead / Scientific Communications Lead
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality medical and scientific content including:
- Clinical summaries
- Slide decks and training materials
- Scientific manuscripts and publications
- Medical information materials
- Ensure all content is:
- Scientifically accurate
- Evidence-based
- Compliant with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards
- Perform medical editing, referencing, and annotation of documents
- Manage content through approved systems and document management platforms
- Support the development of omnichannel medical content (digital, print, and multimedia)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on scientific messaging
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of:
- Assigned therapeutic areas
- Competitive landscape
- Clinical guidelines and emerging evidence
- Identify opportunities for scientific communication based on new data or unmet medical needs
- Ensure adherence to internal style guides, compliance policies, and content standards
Performance Review and Personal Development
Evaluated by the Medical Affairs Lead / Scientific Communications Lead based on:
- Accuracy and scientific quality of outputs
- Compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
- Timely delivery of projects and milestones
