In this role you work closely with our stakeholders on the business side, global IT teams, and external partners to support our digital strategy, ensure a scalable CRM landscape, and drive the internalization of key CRM competencies. Your tasks:
Act as 2nd and 3rd level support for all D365 Sales & Marketing–related topics
Analyze and prioritize incoming support and change requests together with the Product Owner CRM
Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 based on approved requirements
Support the Product Owner CRM in creating and maintaining process documentation
Prepare and support customizations, extensions, and developments in D365
Conduct functional tests for local and global system changes
Prepare and execute regression testing during rollouts and subsequent releases
Support the Product Owner CRM in managing and evaluating change requests
Act as the technical contact person and Technical Owner for all D365-related activities
Actively contribute to the internalization of currently externally executed tasks, building in-house know‑how and reducing dependency on external partners
Collaborate closely with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
Support the broader Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Power Platform, Azure services, M365 integrations), as well as other SaaS solutions such as PIM, DAM and e-commerce to ensure seamless end-to-end solution integration across the digital landscape
Your profile:
Degree in computer science, engineering, business administration (IT focus), or comparable experience
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing modules
Experience in IT support structures (2nd / 3rd level) and application management
Familiarity with agile software development
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Experience with D365 customizations, testing, and documentation
Experience with Microsoft ecosystem incl. Power Platform and Azure is a plus
English and German (B2 or higher)
