The Team
In this role, you’ll be working in a team that play a key part in the profitable development of the business across the UK, as well as our wider Mid‑Market portfolio. You’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise to underwrite new business, support existing portfolios and build meaningful, long‑term relationships with our broker partners.
What you can expect in this role
You’ll play a key role in the underwriting of both new and existing business across commercial motor trade
You’ll work closely with colleagues and brokers, helping to build and maintain trusted relationships
You’ll contribute to the team’s commitment to exceeding internal and externing service levels, focusing on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement
You’ll have opportunities to learn, develop and grow within the role
You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues who want you to succeed
What you might bring
Experience in motor trade underwriting, working for an insurance and/or broker
Skills in trading, with a willingness to learn and ask questions
A collaborative approach and the confidence to share ideas
An organised, thoughtful way of working
A commitment to delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues
