🚀 About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager / Solution Engineer, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex telecom solutions, ensuring successful design, integration, validation, and acceptance of systems.

You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including R&D, integration teams, customer stakeholders, and operations, ensuring that projects meet both technical and business objectives.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Telco software solutions, system integration, and network technologies, combined with project management expertise.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and project setup for telecom solution deployments.
• Coordinate project teams and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation planning to ensure project success.
• Manage project execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Provide project status reporting, including progress, achievements, issues, and next steps.
• Participate in customer-facing activities, ensuring strong technical communication and alignment.
• Act as a technical interface with R&D teams.
• Review and validate technical documentation, including:
• High-Level Design (HLD)
• Low-Level Design (LLD)
• Test strategies
• Acceptance procedures (ATP/MOP)
• Coordinate testing, validation, and acceptance activities across project stakeholders.

🧠 Required Technical Skills

• 6+ years of experience in telecommunications software solutions and/or system integration.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and database systems such as:
• Aerospike
• MariaDB
• Oracle
• SQL databases
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, including:
• TCP/IP
• Diameter
• HTTP2
• SIP
• SOAP/XML
• SNMP
• Experience with cloud-native telecom environments, including:
• VNF (Virtual Network Functions)
• CNF (Cloud Native Functions)
• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud platforms such as:
• VMware
• OpenStack
• Experience in application integration projects, particularly in multi-domain or complex telecom environments.

• Knowledge of core telecom network components, such as:
• HSS / HLR
• AUSF / UDM
• EIR
• SDL
• One-MNP / One-NDS
• Experience with OSS/BSS platforms and frameworks.
• Knowledge of mobile network technologies, including:
• VoLTE
• IMS
• Experience in payment systems integration.
• Project Management certifications (PMI or equivalent).
