Summary

What You'll Do

  • Ensure global quality strategy implementation and quality in operations in AP plants
  • Ensure standardization and best practice sharing in Manufacturing Quality Processes
  • Contributing to APQP / advanced quality planning
  • Supporting series ramp-ups and product changes, monitoring process capability
  • Support to define and continuously improve methods, tools, and templates for quality assurance
  • Leads/coordinates quality cases in AP
  • AP non-conforming material handling
  • Coordinate/support analyzing quality deviations and process variations
  • Global Qcase affected material disposal ’s contact window for AP and tracking in-transit
  • Contributing to the definition and tracking of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Support to define quality assurance related processes and integrate implementation in AP
  • Supporting the execution of process FMEAs
  • Supporting customer requirement and quality agreement review from quality perspective
  • Manage/conducting internal process and product audits in AP
  • Quality related software and tools usage, maintaining and further developing in AP
  • Training and raising awareness among employees on quality topics
  • Contributing quality data Analyzing and deriving improvement measures

Who You Are

•    Educational and professional experience in the field quality management / Engineering.
•    Bachelor and above or equivalent certificates in technolo-gy engineering or related field.
•    Practical experience in quality assurance and quality con-trol for >3Years. 
•    Additional certifications in Quality Management are advan-tageous.
•    FMEA, APQP, PPAP quality tools qualification, or proved strong knowledge.
•    Certified Internal or Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 (mandato-ry); IATF 16949, or similar standards are a plus.

•    HVAC products and application experience are of ad-vantage.
•    Minimum 3 years' experience in product Engineering or in Quality management. 
•    Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance and con-trol, error prevention and improvement, quality is-sue/customer complaint handling, quality management systems 
•    Proven track record in supporting quality programs, driving process improvements, and achieving quality targets.
•    Hands-on experience with QMS, testing methodologies, and technical documentation; familiarity with statistical analysis tools is an advantage.

•    Profound PC skills (MS Office).
•    Proficient SAP QM skills
•    Excellence Quality Management knowledge

•    Strong knowledge of quality tools and methods (e.g., APQP, FMEA, Control Plans).
•    Ability to analyze processes, identify gaps, and develop actionable improvement plans.
•    Experience in working within cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
•    Strong interpersonal communication skills to engage and motivate teams across functions

•    Good communication skill with internal and external in mandarin and English communication in speech and writ-ing
