  • Produce regular reporting on system health, cost, and capacity to inform operational and budgeting decisions
General Administration and Troubleshooting
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for OCI-related incidents, performing root cause analysis and remediation
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, standards, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams on architecture and change requests
  • Stay current on OCI service updates, best practices, and emerging features relevant to the role

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts (firewalls/security rules, DNS, routing, VPN/interconnects)
  • Experience with identity and access management, including policy design and federation (OCI IAM, Entra ID/Azure AD)
  • Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools, metrics analysis, and capacity/sizing planning
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex, multi-layered technical issues
  • Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification (e.g., OCI Architect Associate/Professional)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OCI Resource Manager)
  • Experience in hybrid cloud environments integrating on-premises and OCI resources
