Your Mission
- Build verified prospect lists (600+ accounts minimum)
- Run outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn).
- Book qualified meetings for the CEO — and make sure every lead gets a follow-up within 2 hours
- Keep the CRM spotless — no ghost data, no dropped leads
- Track the numbers: sent, replied, booked, closed.
- Document what works so we can scale it.
You’re not here to “support” growth — you own it.
What You Need
- You’ve done B2B outbound before — you know how to get replies
- You’re confident using HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, or similar tools
- You’re tech fluent — ChatGPT, Google Suite, spreadsheets, automation
- You’re organized, data-driven, and allergic to wasted motion
- You communicate clearly and work 8am–5pm CST with consistency
