PPC Lead Generation Specialist

This is a remote position.

Specialist.PH is looking for an experienced PPC Lead Generation Specialist to drive performance for our advertising clients. You will manage and optimize campaigns in both Google Ads and Meta Ads to increase lead and sales volumes, while lowering CPAs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on measurable results, strategic thinking, and hands-on campaign execution.

What You Will Do…

• Build and manage high-performing PPC campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  

• Increase client lead volume and sales volume on a monthly basis.
  

• Optimize campaigns regularly to achieve lower CPAs.
  

• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  

• Manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  

• Communicate with clients to understand goals and provide updates.
  

• Contribute to improving client documentation, policies, and systems.
  
  

Requirements

You might be the one we’re looking for if you have…

• At least 2 years of PPC experience focused on lead generation.
  

• Proven experience managing large ad spend accounts in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns effectively.
  

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English)
  

• Comfortable talking to clients on the phone
