What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Product Manager,Salesforce within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Account Payables line of business. In this role, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for the Salesforce capabilities that teams rely on across the sales lifecycle. You will report directly to VP of Salesforce and regularly collaborate with the Product Owner, Architect, Engineering Manager, and Agile Pod within the Salesforce Division.
Our users here are internal and our impact is external, measured in how quickly and cleanly a new Payables client reaches first payment. You will help set the direction and the priorities; a dedicated Product Owner and Scrum Pod will build against them.
How We Work
As a Product Manager, Salesforce you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
Company-issued equipment
Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Owning the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for capabilities on Salesforce, grounded in discovery with internal teams in addition to inbound feature requests
Building and defending the business case for major investments — expected value, cost, risk, and what we are choosing not to do instead
Setting priorities across the pillar and making the go / no-go calls on what enters delivery
Defining the success metrics and OKRs for the pillar and reporting against them after delivery
Acting as the single point of product accountability for the pillar with Sales, Sales Operations, Implementations, and Finance leadership
Translating executive intent into roadmap themes, and validating the ask before it reaches the backlog
Partnering with the Architect on build-versus-configure and platform trade-offs so that priority calls are technically informed
Becoming a product SME for our Salesforce capabilities and supporting the sales, service, and implementation organizations through product education
Representing the pillar in portfolio-level planning, investment reviews, and quarterly roadmap sessions
Our Salesforce Division separates product direction from delivery execution. This role sits on the direction side, and the boundary is deliberate:
Product Owner — you set roadmap themes and validate executive requests; they decompose them into a sprint-ready backlog and surface delivery signals back to you.
Architect — owns solution design and governance sign-off, and flags constraints; you sequence delivery against the approved design rather than around it.
Engineering Manager and Tech Lead — you supply the why and the priority; they own capacity, technical quality, and the release path. You are consulted on release and UAT readiness, not the approver of it.
Portfolio Manager — you provide roadmap and metric inputs; they consolidate dashboards, release notes, and estimate-versus-actual reporting across the division.
Qualifications & Skills
At least 8+ years of experience in a Product Manager and/or Product Owner role working with software development teams, MBA or advanced degree/certificates are a plus
Demonstrated ownership of a roadmap and prioritization process for a platform or product serving multiple competing stakeholder groups
Working product fluency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud — you have owned product on the platform and can hold a credible conversation with an Architect about configuration, customization, and platform constraints
Proven track record of successfully managing the deployment of complex, large-scale products from concept to launch
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable product decisions
Ability to build and defend a business case: value, cost, risk, and the trade-off being made
Experience working in an Agile environment alongside a dedicated Product Owner and Scrum team, with a clear grasp of where the Product Manager role stops
Experience with Agile delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or Monday.com)
Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior leadership
Direct exposure to sales operations, quote-to-cash, or client implementation and onboarding processes (desired)
Hands-on Salesforce configuration or administration experience; Salesforce certification such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant (Preferable, not required)
Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to learn and understand multiple, complex systems; understand and manage project risks and the revenue impacts
Ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations
Experience with integrated platforms such as CPQ, marketing automation, or ERP / AP systems (Preferable)
Benefits & Perks
Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)

Robust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time
Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)
