Part of the Hoam Ventures Group, Vendor Smart is a platform that connects property managers with a broad network of specialized service providers. Through this, we simplify and enhance the management of condominium projects.

The QA Engineer role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through manual and automated testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues early and deliver high-quality solutions.

We are looking for a QA with strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Solid experience with test automation tools (e.g. Cypress, Playwright) and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle complex integrations, ensure performance, and maintain clean, sustainable code. Proficiency in English is required.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of accountability, works well in a team and strives for excellence in deliveries.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts;

  • Perform manual and automated testing for web applications;

  • Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test strategies;

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks;

  • Perform regression, integration, and performance testing;
  • Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable feedback;
  • Ensure QA best practices and processes are being followed;

 

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree (complete or ongoing) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience);

  • Proficiency in English;

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes;

  • 3,5+ years of experience in software testing; 

  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Cypress, Playwright);

  • Experience with API testing;

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
