About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester Contractor to join a fast-growing tech company in the software development sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through rigorous testing and analysis, executing test cases, and collaborating with developers to enhance software quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated UI test scripts using Playwright.
• Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot failures.
• Contribute to overall QA strategy, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering / Software Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation.
• Strong programming/scripting experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or similar.
• Proven experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Experience with API testing and integration testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar industry or with related technologies.
• Additional certifications in software testing or quality assurance.
