Job Title: Refill Innovation Lead - Personal Care, Europe

Job Purpose
The PC6 (Personal Care, Europe) Cross Brand Innovation Lead is responsible for accelerating the refillable category growth programme and building a fast, agile innovation pipeline across Wild and Dove. The role leverages Wild’s procurement, R&D, and supply chain capabilities to deliver superior refill based deodorant innovation, continuous product improvement, and cross brand experimentation. This position acts as a key connector between Wild’s agile ecosystem and Dove’s scale in Europe.
Key Accountability
Programme Delivery
Lead development of customer facing refill category strategy
Accelerate delivery of the Dove refill $5 ambition by fully leveraging Wild procurement, R&D, and supply chain capabilities
Identify and resolve barriers to speed, cost, and quality across the innovation funnel
Embed agile ways of working across cross functional teams
Continuous Product Improvement
Lead the continuous improvement roadmap for Dove refill products in Europe
Translate consumer and performance insights into technical and commercial upgrades
Drive optimisation of formulation, packaging, cost, and consumer experience
Dove Refill Innovation Pipeline
Build an agile, fast follower innovation pipeline for Dove using Wild’s learnings and technology
Lead development of the Dove next format innovation
Develop end to end capability for Dove case printing and limited edition packaging
Deliver a scalable model enabling rapid activation and brand differentiation

Experience & Skills
Experience in innovation delivery within FMCG or personal care.
Strong cross functional leadership and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with agile innovation and rapid prototyping.
Ability to translate consumer insights into technical and commercial solutions.
Experience with European PC market is a big plus
Experience with Chinese and Asian suppliers is a plus
