Accountabilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of backend engineers and an engineering manager.
- Own team execution and ensure meeting high standards for uptime, accuracy, and responsiveness.

- Ensure production-safe modifications to pricing systems, maintaining SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience with 3+ years in direct people management.
- Experience managing managers and leading organizations of 20+ engineers.
- Strong executive presence with a track record of influencing cross-functional leadership.
- Demonstrated ownership of highly reliable systems.
- Experience in pricing, fintech, or real-time decisioning systems.
- Strong system design and architectural capabilities.
- Deep background in leading backend systems in production environments.
- Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
