In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact how marketers interact with AI through design. Your expertise will shape the user experience across various product surfaces, ensuring the delivery of visually compelling and intuitive interfaces. Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end design for complex product surfaces from concept to high-fidelity UI.
- Set and maintain high standards for visual and interaction design quality.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to shape product strategies.
- Contribute to and enhance the design system with scalable patterns.
- Utilize AI-native tools for high-speed prototyping.
- Advocate for outcome-oriented design decisions to balance quality and speed.
- Participate in design critiques and elevate the craft of the design team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Experience in taking undefined problems and shaping them into clear product experiences.
- Exceptional UI and visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to balance design ideals with business realities.
- Fluency in design tools like Figma and knowledge of front-end coding.
- Experience with AI-powered design tools.
- Familiarity with UX challenges in AI-native products.
- Strong communication skills for articulating design rationale.
