Remote Personal Lines Sales Manager Build & Lead a Remote Sales Team
Job Overview
Remote Personal Lines Sales Manager – Build & Lead a Remote Sales Team
Cisneros Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Sales Manager to build and lead a new remote sales team from the ground up.
This is not a position where you will inherit an established sales department. You will have the opportunity and authority to recruit your team, develop the sales process, establish performance standards, train and coach producers, and build a high-performing remote sales organization.
We are looking for a hands-on sales leader, not simply an administrative manager. You should enjoy listening to sales calls, coaching producers, role-playing sales conversations, analyzing performance, improving processes, and holding team members accountable through clear and tactful conversations.
Our sales philosophy is centered around value, coverage, advice, and understanding the customer's needs—not simply offering the lowest price.
Our producers sell Farmers Personal Lines products including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Life, and Specialty products. Through Farmers Choice, we also have access to additional carriers when Farmers is not competitive or a particular risk does not fit Farmers underwriting guidelines.
Sales opportunities will primarily come from internet leads and outbound campaigns.
Compensation:
$60,000 annual base salary
Up to $7,500 additional bonus opportunity during the first 90 days
Ongoing performance-based bonuses
Expected total compensation: $90,000–$110,000+
$120,000+ earning potential for exceptional performance
Following the initial ramp-up period, bonus compensation is based on team production, successful producer development, and quality of business.
This is a 100% remote, full-time Monday–Friday position. Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States but must be available to work during Pacific Time business hours.
