Remote Sales Agent — $100K–$300K, Full Training

What Full Time Looks Like

About 40 hours a week of calls, Zoom meetings, follow-ups, and training. The people you talk to already asked about coverage, so your time goes into helping them, not chasing them.

Earnings

This is 1099 commission-only, uncapped. The average policy pays $800–$1,200. Full-time agents typically earn $100,000 to $300,000+ in their first year, paid daily/weekly, plus bonuses.

Requirements

• Must live in the U.S. (Rutland, VT area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
• U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Able to pass a background check
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
• Available full time, about 40 hours a week
