Accountabilities
- Develop a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Lead the performance and growth of the sales team, providing guidance and support.
- Assist the team in effectively closing sales leads and identifying new prospects.

- Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales leadership experience in POS, payments, retail tech, or SaaS.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales and marketing functions.
- Strong understanding of merchant services, interchange, and payment processing.
- Experience in selling to independent retailers; experience in the wine & liquor industry is a plus.
- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
