Position Summary
This role is designed for people who thrive in live conversations and know how to move opportunities forward.
You’ll primarily be:
- Speaking with booked prospects through Zoom and phone calls
- Running effective sales conversations from discovery through close
- Understanding business challenges and recommending appropriate solutions
- Navigating objections naturally and professionally
- Updating pipeline activity and CRM notes accurately
- Contributing to team KPIs and weekly targets

Pay Structure
- Appointment Setters: Typically starting around $1,000–$1,500 weekly
- Closers: Typically starting around $2,000–$3,000 weekly plus incentives
