We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven Remote Sales Representative to support the presale launch of our fitness studios, as well as supporting open studios. This is a high-energy, outbound sales role focused on converting warm leads into memberships through phone calls, SMS, and email.

Make 80–100 outbound sales calls per day to prospective members
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound SMS and email inquiries
Educate leads as well as existing clients on membership options and our community
Build rapport and trust quickly over the phone
Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including membership sales goals
Accurately track conversations and outcomes. Build a pipeline
Identify areas for improved efficiencies and clarity in the process
Send daily end-of-shift updates on progress and conversations
Stay organized, on-task, and proactive during remote working hours
Be resourceful in finding answers independently while knowing when to escalate questions
An understanding of the fitness landscape is preferred, in particular, familiarity with Pilates
Proven sales experience (phone sales strongly preferred)
Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting targets
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively while working remotely
Resourceful problem-solver who doesn’t need constant direction
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Experience in fitness, wellness, or membership-based sales
Familiarity with CRM systems and SMS/email sales workflows
$20/hour + Commissions
Flexible part-time schedule (20–25 hours weekly)
Fully remote position
