Remote Sales Specialist — $100K–$300K Potential

What You'll Do

As an insurance specialist, you'll talk with people who requested information about life insurance, learn their needs, and recommend coverage from 60+ carriers. Everything is done by phone and Zoom.

How We Prepare You

We assume no prior experience. You'll learn product basics, how to run a consultation, and how to answer tough questions honestly, with a mentor along the way.

Compensation

• 1099, 100% commission, no cap
• Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
• Full-time agents: $100,000 to $300,000+ in year one
• Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses

Requirements

• Must live in the U.S. (Mankato, MN area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
• U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Able to pass a background check
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
• Available full time, about 40 hours a week
