In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing customer solutions and trade teams by developing and maintaining CRM functionalities. You will collaborate closely with an established Salesforce development team and manage Order Management workflows tailored for both B2B and D2C business models. This position allows for substantial impact within the Salesforce ecosystem, streamlining digital commerce and improving customer relationship processes. Being fully remote, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to exciting projects in a dynamic work environment.

Accountabilities

    • Support customer solutions and trade teams by developing and maintaining CRM functionalities.
    • Collaborate directly with the existing Salesforce development team to enhance platform capabilities.
    • Manage Order Management workflows specifically tailored for both B2B and D2C business models.
    • Deliver technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to streamline digital commerce and customer relationship processes.

Requirements

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
    • Strong expertise in Salesforce Order Management (OMS).
    • Proven experience handling B2B (Business-to-Business) and D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) capacities.
    • Ability to provide at least a half-day overlap with the Eastern Time (ET) zone.
    • Advanced Oral English and Native Spanish proficiency.
