Accountabilities
- Own the Full Design Loop: Move fluidly between rough sketches, functional prototypes, and high-fidelity flows.
- Lead Continuous Discovery: Conduct ongoing user research and synthesize qualitative data into actionable product decisions.
- Use AI as a Force Multiplier: Leverage modern AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and insights.
- Shape the Roadmap: Advocate for user needs and influence product direction with evidence-based conclusions.
- Build Shoulder-to-Shoulder: Collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and product leads.
- Evolve the Design System: Contribute reusable patterns to maintain quality and visual consistency.
- Push Toward Adaptive UX: Shape personalized user experiences with innovative design approaches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in fintech or complex B2B SaaS.
- A builder mindset with a history of delivering beyond design mockups.
- Proven research skills with the ability to conduct and analyze rapid user testing.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to optimize design processes.
