The selected professional will take end-to-end ownership of strategic projects involving financial domain expertise, human data operations, and advanced AI workflows. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Ownership & Execution

• Own finance-focused projects from initial scoping and pipeline design through execution and final delivery.
• Translate complex client requirements into clear project objectives, technical specifications, and actionable plans.
• Define milestones, operational priorities, and delivery expectations across assigned initiatives.

Ideal Profile

• Strong professional background in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience leading complex projects, operational workflows, or finance-related initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from initial planning through successful delivery.
• Experience translating complex stakeholder requirements into clear operational plans and specifications.
• Strong understanding of finance-related analytical processes and professional workflows.
