We’re seeking a sharp and dependable Sales and Lead Generation Specialist (Real Estate) to support a U.S. based management and construction company specializing in self-storage and business park development.
This role is primarily focused on outbound prospecting and cold outreach. The majority of your day will involve identifying new prospects, making cold calls, and initiating conversations with potential clients and partners across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized in managing leads through a CRM, and proactive in coordinating with internal teams to help drive new business. The Sales and Lead Generation Specialist will work closely with the Client’s social media and CRM teams to follow up on inbound and outbound leads, conduct phone marketing campaigns, and ensure consistent, professional communication with prospects.
